ELDER GODSDAY ORUBEBE DIRECTOR GENERAL, APC CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION DELTA STATE |

Chairmen and leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Burutu Local Government Area of the state have been charged to work victory for the party in 2023 general elections.
Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and Director General, APC Campaign Organization, Delta State, Elder Godsday Orubebe gave the charge in a meeting with members of the All Progressive Congress, APC Chapter of Burutu Local Government Area Executives and Ward Chairmen at Ogbobagbene and Tuomo Ward 3.
The Director General appealed to show humility to every party member and use subtle means to convince other political party members to join the APC.
He said the Ijaws stand to gain a lot if the All Progressives Congress is elected at both the Federal and the State levels, promising to be open to all members of the party at all times and urging them to wait for campaigns to kick off.

Responding, the chairman of the APC in Burutu Local Government Area, Comrade Moni Seikemienghan Moni thanked Godsday Orubebe for moving from the Peoples' Democratic Party, PDP, to the APC thus making the party have an experienced and politically well exposed leader to instill hope for the party’s victory in the forthcoming 2023 elections.
At Tuomo Ward 3 meeting, Ward Chairman, Nana Bulouebi thanked the DG for moving into APC from PDP thus paving way for the party to have purposeful leadership.
He said his arrival to APC has seen the increase in the number of party members during the last few weeks.
He assured the DG , Elder Godsday Orubebe of unflinching support so as to ensure victory at all levels of election come 2023.
Women leader, Mrs Betty urged women in the ward to come out enmasse in 2023 to exercise their franchise.
Youth Leader APC Delta State Napoleaon Kenerekedi appreciated the huge turn out of Tuomo ward 3 people to the meeting called by the the DG , APC Campaign Organization, Elder Godsday Orubebe.
He thanked the former minister for his pragmatic leadership style.
Burutu Local Govt Chairman Mr Siekemieghan Moni thanked the DG for the uncommon meeting called to Tuomo ward 3. He urged party members to close ranks since a committed leader has emerged in the party, DG Elder Godsday Orubebe. He said even though the DG is new in the party, he can offer and deliver the party in 2023 general elections and every party member will be carried along .
The DG promised to empower 300 women in Tuomo ward and 300 youths during the next meeting in October.
