Speaking on the reason behind the peaceful conduct of the electoral process by the voters in his Local Government Area, he said Ute-Ogbeje has been a party community since inception as it had less than one percent of the opposition party .
He said that the people of his community like other communities in Delta State were out to vote for their brother from Anioma land who has not disappointed them but had brought about development in the state.
The Anioma CEO said his ward which had a total of seven units has experienced a great number of voters just as it were during the presidential and National Assembly elections.
He said the Governor had not failed in the area of road infrastructure, human capital development, the health sector, sports development and other sectors.
Mr Ukwandi said the re-election of Gov. Okowa on a landslide voting scale is sweet victory. He affirmed that Delta State is one organized united family with high leadership enshrined qualities.
He said equity lives in Delta State .
Mr Sylvester Ukwandi congratulates all PDP members and Deltans for their support and sued for more collaborative efforts to assist the Governor do more in his second tenure as he has always done in the past.
