| CHIEF SONNY OKOH |
Chief Sonny Okoh, was born in Owo, Ondo State on April 22nd, 1962.
He attended Ansar-Ud-Deen (A.U.D) Primary School, Ijebu quarters, Owo and later to the prestigious Owo High School, Owo.
Sonny Okoh proceeded to Methodist Boys High School, Lagos for his Advanced Level and thereafter, to the University of Lagos (Unilag) for his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Sonny Okoh owes all his educational achievements to the Almighty God for His benevolence and his late mother, Madam Beatrice Eke Okoh, née Nwaokolobia-Okpah, who through share resilience, stood by all her nine children and gave unprecedented support to each and everyone.
Sonny Okoh is a seasoned Oil and Gas practitioner, with over 30 years experience, acquired within and outside the Country, with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).
His skill pools are in the areas of Business Planning, Economics, Safety Management and Social Performance.
He is a member of several social and professional organizations, such as Rotary Club of Portharcourt Airfield, as a multi level PHF holder; American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediation and Conciliation (ICMC), National Banana and Plantain Growers, Processors and Marketers Association of Nigeria (NABPAN) and State Organizing Secretary, National Palm Produce Association of Nigeria (NPPAN), Delta State Chapter amongst others.
On 15th August, 2015, the Oloza Ugbodu, HRM (Barr.) Ayo Isinyemeze, honored him and his amiable wife, with the chieftaincy title of Oshodin Ugbodu.
Sonny Okoh is God fearing and a lover of his Ugbodu Community in Aniocha North, Delta State.
Aside being an Oil and Gas practitioner, Sonny Okoh is a great farmer, who believes in Green Revolution. His Omawunmi Farms is a one stop place, for oil palms, plantain, banana, maize, watermelon, cucumber and other vegetables.
Sonny Okoh is a man in tune with nature. He loves reading and adventures. He is happily married, well fulfilled and blessed with children.
