The of Rotary Club of Effurun GRA, on 30th June , 2023 Commissioned her Star Project- “the newly beautified high court junction “ at Effurun GRA / High Court Road Junction,Effurun Sapele Road.

His Royal Majesty , Dr. Emmanuel Sideso , Abe I , JP , the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom commissioned the project on friday under the watch of Rotarian Mightyman Aye Dikuro, Governor 2022-2023, District 9141 , Nigeria , the year of Rejuvenation .

The president elect , Rotary Club of Effurun, GRA , Chief Sunny Popo introduced His Royal Majesty and his entourage.

Rotarian Tobore Ojigho JP ,MD , president 2022-2023, Rotary Club of Effurun GRA eulogized the commitment of the Rotary club of Effurun, GRA to the course of humanity and pledged continuity in the project upgrade .

The Ovie of Uvwie kingdom who started his speech with a “ come join Rotary song” , thanked God for the peace in Uvwie kingdom and the Rotary President of Effurun GRA for citing the project in Uvwie community.

Rotarian Mightyman Aye Dikuro , Governor 2022-2023, District 9141 , in his address, thanked His Royal Majesty for his act of love and support towards the course of Rotary . He said one of Rotary’s global area of focus is on peace building and conflict prevention and resolution . He expressed joy on the project’s completion and commissioning especially at the end of his tenure in the presence of His Royal Majesty, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom.

In attendance at the colorful ceremony were immediate past presidents, the incoming club President , other Rotarians, Assistant Acting Governors , friends of Rotary, guests and some Uvwie community members.
